Having lost internet connection and then making matters worse by losing all of my Microsoft applications and documents, a true superhero called JASON came to our rescue. He was able to collect, and not only restore ALL the missing documents but upgrade the PC and return the next day. Great service received and would happily use again and recommend to others.
