He collected my laptop one day and brought it back the next. He communicated with me throughout so that I always knew what he was doing and the cost. Now my laptop is running like new and starts up within a minute. It's a joy to use! Far better than buying a new one. Thank you so much. Exemplary Service from Local Technicians in Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury, Shropshire A prompt and exemplary service provided, with a professional approach displayed throughout the visit. Following the lengthy two month failure of my service provider, a variety of long-standing issues were resolved by the technician within an hour. Dan proved to be a well-trained member of a team of experts, but all actions taken by him were carefully explained and much helpful advice was given as a natural part of the session. I was particularly impressed by the positive approach adopted in rejecting a quick-fix solution in favour of seeking a long-term resolution of any technical issues encountered.
